  • 100% Peanut Butter Spread 100 Gram
  • Peanut Oil 60 Gram
  • Low Protein Flour 200 Gram
  • Lemon Grass 60 Gram
  • White Garlic 30 Gram
  • Powdered Sugar / Icing Sugar 60 Gram
  • Galangal Root / Lengkuas 100 Gram
  • Fine Salt Little

Egg Wash Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk 1 piece
  • Water 1 Tsp

Steps

  • Mix all ingredients "A" in a bowl
  • Shape it round estimate 10gram per ball
  • Use the big straw to stamp a circle in the middle.
  • Separate the Egg, use yolk and Just add a teaspoon of water mix well.
  • Ready to do the egg wash on top the cookies
  • Bake for 15- 17mins at 180celcius.
